The origin of Privilege Home

The Privilege Home agency is above all a team founded around boating under the name of Privilege Yacht. Wanting to offer full service to those around it, the Empuriabrava marina where the head office is located naturally invites people to work in real estate as well.

The Privilege Yacht nautical agency is based on 5 axes: transparency, high standards, trust, alliance and consistency. It is these same missing values ​​in the real estate sector that motivated the founder, Patrick Terles, to embark on this activity.

Patrick Terles opened the first Privilege Yacht office more than 15 years ago. Since then, the office has always been in the same location, in the heart of the Empuriabrava Nautical Club between the emblematic tower and the port. This is where you will find the Privilege Home offices.

Patrick Terles
The driving force behind Privilege is Patrick Terles. From his beginnings in the trade, Patrick liked to create teams, establish good customer relationships and above all work on a product that he likes. From one thing to another, Patrick discovers the sea, the boats ... until transforming his way of life to work with his passion.

Laura Terles
Laura is the youngest of the Terles family. Laura moves nimbly from accounting to creating video to showcase products for sale. A lifelong fan of decor and interior design, for her, it is also about mixing passion with work that being part of the team.

Helene Charlet
Hélène is also an expatriate! It also could not resist the landscape and climate of the Costa Brava. It is with a law degree and more than 15 years of experience in real estate that she will be happy to project herself with you in order to accompany you from draft to turnkey.

Juan diaz
Juan, it is above all a meeting. Privilege Home's renovation department wouldn't be the same without him. Juan moves from project to project with ease, never missing a single detail. It’s a real construction site.
